While our products are digital in nature, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned — so we offer a 20-day refund policy under certain conditions.
You are eligible for a full refund if:
You request a refund within 20 days of your purchase.
You email us your refund request within 24 hours of purchase at mail@digitalbundlemasters.com.
You have not misused or resold the purchased digital files.
Please note that refund eligibility may be subject to verification based on your purchase details and product usage.
To request a refund:
Send us an email at mail@digitalbundlemasters.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Order ID]”.
Include your order number, email address used for purchase, and the reason for refund.
Once we receive your request, our support team will review it and process your refund within 3–5 business days after approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Refunds will not be granted if:
The refund request is made after 20 days from the purchase date.
The product has been downloaded, shared, or resold.
The issue arises from your inability to use or open digital files due to incompatible software or device issues.
